What is CAI?

Who is CAI for?
CAI is for Amazon sellers at different stages — whether you have just received an Amazon warning, are preparing to launch a new product, or have a live product that is not performing and you need to understand why. There is a tier designed for each situation.
What are the three tiers?
Basic — For sellers dealing with compliance concerns. Use it when you have received an Amazon warning, listing suppression, restricted or prohibited product flag, IP complaint, or product risk signal, or when you need basic account health guidance.
Launch — For sellers preparing to launch a product. Use it before your product goes live to check listing readiness, keyword direction, image suitability, compliance-safe wording, and launch gaps.
Premium / CAI Growth Booster — For sellers with a live product who need a growth diagnosis. Use it when your product is live, you have real sales data, and you want to understand what is holding back visibility, clicks, conversions, or revenue.
Which tier should I choose?
Use Basic if you have received a message, warning, or notice from Amazon, or if you want to check a product for risk before it causes a problem.
Use Launch if your product is not yet live and you want to verify your listing, keywords, images, and compliance before launch.
Use Premium / CAI Growth Booster if your product is already live — ideally for at least three months — and you want to diagnose a growth problem using your actual Amazon report data.
Is CAI legal advice?
No. CAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing CAI produces should be interpreted as legal counsel. If you are facing a complex intellectual property dispute, legal proceedings, or require formal legal representation, consult a qualified attorney.
Does CAI guarantee account reinstatement or appeal approval?
No. CAI can help you understand an Amazon message and identify what Amazon may be concerned about, but it cannot guarantee reinstatement, appeal approval, or ungating. Amazon makes all account and listing decisions independently.
Does CAI guarantee sales, ranking, or profit?
No. CAI is a diagnostic and planning tool. It can identify gaps, risks, and opportunities based on the information and reports you provide, but it does not guarantee any particular outcome in sales, organic ranking, or revenue.
What information do I need to provide?
That depends on the tier. For Basic, paste Amazon’s exact message and provide your ASIN, marketplace, product title, and category. For Launch, provide your product details, listing draft, keywords, and target audience. For Premium / CAI Growth Booster, upload your Business Reports and, if applicable, Advertising Reports and Brand Analytics reports. Accurate and complete information directly affects the quality of the analysis.
Is my information private?
Yes. CAI does not sell your data or share your seller information with third parties. Your submissions are used solely to generate your analysis.
Can beginners use CAI?
Yes. CAI is designed to be accessible to sellers at all experience levels. You do not need deep technical knowledge. The more accurately you describe your situation or upload your data, the more useful the output will be.
Can experienced sellers use CAI?
Yes. Experienced sellers use CAI to get a fast second opinion on compliance risk, stress-test a listing before launch, or run a structured growth diagnosis on a product that is underperforming despite their efforts.
Does CAI connect directly to my Amazon account?
No. CAI does not integrate with your Amazon account. You provide information, paste messages, or upload exported reports. CAI does not access your Seller Central account or store your login credentials.
Can I use CAI before launching a product?
Yes. The Launch tier is specifically designed for pre-launch. Use it to check that your listing is clear, compliant, and positioned correctly before your product goes live.
Can I use CAI after receiving an Amazon warning?
Yes. The Basic tier is designed for exactly that. Paste Amazon’s exact message into CAI along with your product details. Do not paraphrase the message if you have the original — the exact wording matters for accurate analysis.
